Meet our team in training…

The most recent squad of trainees arrived June 15, 2025. These are from “Bear” and “Princess”.

These hardy males are Maremma LGDs and are proven to be one of our biggest assets on the farm. These new recruits will have experience with Alpacas, Sheep, Goats, Cats, and Poultry.

Once their bootcamp has completed, these pups will be ready to move to new pastures with a seasoned LGD or under supervision of a two legged shepherd for finishing school and specialty training. They are handled daily and come with vet check and two rounds of vaccinations.
